Elra Gren was a female Trill computer programmer in the 24th century. As of late 2365 or early 2366, she was living on Alpha Centauri, and was engaged to be married. She was murdered by Dar Ableen with a type-3 phaser, the second of his three victims on Alpha Centauri. (SCE eBook: Security)
