Emperor me'Grmat was the leader of the al'Hmatti of the planet al'Hmat circa the end of the 21st century. She was a celebrated and revered leader, whose word was law, and following her death, all subsequent al'Hmatti emperors took the name me'Grmat in her honor. (TNG novel: Diplomatic Implausibility)
