Emra Sil was a unjoined female Trill who served as Chief of Staff to Federation President Jaresh-Inyo in 2372. She was described as "hyperactive" by Captain Benjamin Sisko, who dealt extensively with her while temporarily assigned to Earth that year. Sil appeared as a panelist on Illuminating the City of Light on February 22, 2381, where she discussed interstellar politics in the wake of the recent Borg Invasion. (ST novel: A Singular Destiny)
