Epsilon West IV was a planet located somewhere in the space of the galaxy's Alpha or Beta Quadrants, the fourth planet in orbit of the Epsilon West star system. As indicated on a shipping manifest, Epsilon West IV was the destination of the SS Manila in the year 2370. (TNG episode: "Inheritance")
