Eric Hahn
Eric Hahn was a male human in Starfleet in the 24th century. As of 2366, he held the rank of admiral, and was Superintendent of Starfleet Academy. Hahn tentatively admitted Wesley Crusher to the Academy, but rescinded the offer when Crusher failed to show up at the oral exams. Hahn regretted this outcome, and encouraged Crusher to apply the following year. (TNG episode: "Ménage à Troi")
In 2372, Hahn voiced his objections to the formation of Red Squad, an elite group of cadets. This earned him a reprimand from Admiral James Leyton. A week later, Hahn was re-assigned as commanding officer of Starbase 375. While there, Hahn became aware Commander Ishmael Snowden was secretly conspiring with Admiral James Leyton, and was murdered due to his suspicions. He was the husband of Crystal Hahn. (TNG eBook: Slings and Arrows: The Oppressor's Wrong; Star Trek: Myriad Universes novel: A Gutted World)
