The Erickson was a Starfleet shuttlecraft attached to the USS Musgrave in the 2380s. During a mission to Maxia Zeta IV in 2381, the Erickson was fitted with old-style chemical rockets and electrical switches to circumvent the effects of the vein of farantine detected on that planet.
