The Evek Arrangement was a starship formation commonly used by Cardassian starships.

The Arrangement involved ships forming a slanted wheel shape, which when attempting to track a cloaked starship provided the maximum coverage for sensor sweeps.

The Arrangement was used by a group of five Cardassian vessels assigned to assist Deep Space 9 in 2376 to try and prevent the USS Defiant escaping past a blockade of the Bajoran system they were enforcing to contain a parasite conspiracy in the sector. (DS9 novel: Unity)

The formation was assumably named for Aman Evek or a member of his family.
