Fazi is a planet located in the Alpha or Beta Quadrant. Fazi was home to two sentient species: the Fazi, a humanoid race which live deeply structured lives, have cities constructed in concentric circles, and inhabit the northern continent; and an amphibian race who resemble a cross between spiders and crabs, who were confined to the southern continent.

In 2151, the Enterprise visited the planet to establish first contact with the native species. The contact didn't go entirely well, however, as Captain Jonathan Archer's impatience offended the Fazi beliefs. (ENT novel: By the Book)
