The Federation Psychiatric Union was an organization within the United Federation of Planets which dealt with matters relating to mental health. In 2270, Doctor Leonard McCoy said that he would class Spock as a sufferer of Numerolalia due to his extensive use of numbers though the Vulcan replied that his "condition" was not one that was recognized by the Federation Psychiatric Union.
