The Federation Trade Council (or FTC) was an organization concerned with Federation trade.
The group met annually, usually with the Federation President in attendance. In 2380, the FTC held its meeting on Vulcan]; in previous years, it had been held on Bajor, Betazed, and Pacifica. (ST novel: Articles of the Federation)
