94 Aquarii (also known as the Fellebia system) is a triple star system composed of two yellow G class stars and an orange K class star. 94 Aquarii is located in the Alpha Quadrant, around 67 light-years from the Sol system, where it is visible by the Humans of Earth in the Aquarius constellation. The Fellebian civilization is located in 94 Aquarii. Doctor Phlox was known to remark that, "when in Fellebia, do as the Fellebians do". (ENT episode: "Unexpected")

Phlox's statement indicates that "Fellebia" is probably a system name, and not a planet, as a planet would probably be mentioned as "when on Fellebia" rather than "when in Fellebia". Also, while the system is mapped with the color-code notation of being a Federation member state, there is no corresponding name "Fellebia" in the list of Federation planets.
