Feron Mulak was a male Cardassian who lived in the 24th century. In the early 2370s, he was a leading figure in the Cardassian dissident movement.

In late 2371, Mulak spearheaded the civilian revolt against the Cardassian Central Command. Gul Dukat contacted him and made a deal with Mulak to help make the overthrow of the military speedy and with a minimum amount of bloodshed and disruption, in exchange for Dukat becoming the head of the military in the new civilian government.
