Fhermus was a 24th century Nelkarite individual, a man who amassed a good deal of political power in his lifetime. By the 2370s decade, Fhermus was head of the House of Fhermus. Upon the creation of the New Thallonian Protectorate, Fhermus rose to the position of prime arbiter of that body.
