Alira Rejal was a female Cardassian scientist.
In 2374, Rejal was due to travel to Hass'terral after being recruited by the Obsidian Order. Elim Garak arranged for Rejal to be detained elsewhere and Kira Nerys assumed Rejal's identity to infiltrate the facility. Kira found it interesting that they were using the Obsidian Order's tactics against them, referring to the time that she was surgically altered to resemble Iliana Ghemor. (DS9 video game: The Fallen)
