The Captain's Table was an interdimensional bar which catered exclusively to ships' captains and leaders of personnel across time and space. It took on different characteristics for each of its patrons, though one constant was the barkeeper, a man known only as Cap. Patrons were required to pay for their drinks with stories. (The Captain's Table novels: War Dragons, Dujonian's Hoard, The Mist, Fire Ship, Once Burned, Where Sea Meets Sky, Tales from the Captain's Table)
In the early 25th century, the bar appeared aboard a mysterious Sierra-class space station, inside the Aenigma Nebula. The nebula was accessible through ship-sized portals in the orbits of Earth, Qo'noS and New Romulus. (STO - Klingon War mission: "Welcome to Earth Spacedock")
History and specifications[]
From 2409 onwards, the station hosting the bar was constructed from a Sierra-class saucer section, connected to an even larger, ring-shaped saucer section through equidistant pylons. Unlike other Sierra-class stations, the Captain's Table was not adorned with the Federation emblem, and emanated a red glow rather than blue. (STO - Klingon War mission: "Welcome to Earth Spacedock")
