Thomas "ThomasTheCrypticCat" Marrone is a member of Cryptic Studios and an artist for Star Trek Online. Marrone is based in Los Gatos, California.
During season 9 he also authored a costume guide on the official version of the Odyssey-class Starfleet uniform, which became the default uniform for Starfleet NPCs (non-player characters) from thereon.
Marrone is the lead artist for starships. Since April 2017, he also helms Jayce's Interstellar (JNI), an in-universe journal about technology in the Star Trek Online universe.
