Jhu Terel was a Romulan Republican Force officer active in the 25th century.

History

Terel was born and raised on a space station near Romulus. After the Hobus supernova of 2387 her family made their lives among the stars. She had family on Gasko Station who were present during the 2409 Tal Shiar attack. (STO mission: "Republic Day")

By 2409 Terel was the tactical officer of the Romulan Republic flagship RRW Lleiset. She was present at a mission briefing before the attack on the Solanae Dyson sphere facility near the Dyson sphere's star. (STO - Solanae Dyson Sphere mission: "A Step Between Stars")

In 2410 the Lleiset was boarded by the Vaadwaur in the Delta Quadrant's Orlitus system and the senior staff isolated from one another. Terel held out in the ship's armory with a security team. After being rescued by a unit from another Alpha Quadrant Alliance vessel, she headed to Engineering to help Subcommander Xionel defend the singularity core. She was knocked unconscious by Overseer Relin but was resuscitated, and provided the admiral commanding the other ship with an experimental concussion grenade that knocked Relin off a catwalk and into the singularity core, killing him. Terel first appeared in a non-speaking role as a background NPC in Dyson Joint Command during the mission briefing of "A Step Between Stars". From "Capture the Flag" on, she is voiced by veteran voice actress Lani Minella^WP, who plays several other roles in the game including T'nae and Phillipa Matthias.
