Jil Kellet was a female Cardassian employed as a tailor aboard Deep Space Station K-7 in 2409. (STO mission: "Neutral Zone Diplomacy")
- Kellet appears to be part of something of a running gag in Star Trek Online where the tailor in nearly every Federation social zone is a Cardassian in apparent reference to Elim Garak, except, ironically, the tailor aboard Deep Space 9 itself.
