Xa'tal (voiced by Salome Jens) was a member of the ancient Progenitor species that lived on the planet Ba'ku for thousands of years after her life was extended by the metaphasic radiation that surrounded the planet. She was a kind and friendly scientist who imprisoned herself deep within the planet as she possessed the deadly biological organism known as the Xenophore seed.
In 2376, she was killed by a Romulan strike force that wished to use the code within her DNA for their own purposes. (TNG video game: Hidden Evil)
