Delete?[]
Given the recent uploading of UFP Emblem.svg, does anyone think this image should be submitted for deletion? It would be a big hassle to go through every page that uses this image to switch the them out. Personally, I prefer this image to UFP Emblem.svg, but I can't say it's a strong preference. - I prefer to use images from actual reference sources whenever possible in preference over user-created images. This image, being from a Star Trek reference book, is much more in keeping with the site's policy.
- Furthermore, the differences in the rendering could create additional headaches as we discuss why the user-created SVG lacks the outlining of the "official" image -- why argue these when we could just use the accurate "official" images. I'd say we should revert to this image as my strong preference. -- Captain MKB 17:53, October 11, 2010 (UTC)
