Fiona Galloway was a female human Starfleet officer in the 24th century. As of 2374, she was assigned to the USS Lexington as first officer.

During a battle in the Setlik system during the Dominion War in 2374, Galloway helped get several injured crewmates to sickbay, saving at least five other lives, despite being seriously wounded herself.
