Fletcher Chu-Fong was a Starfleet crewman who served as an engineer's mate aboard the USS Enterprise-C in the early 2330s.

In 2332, Chu-Fong was involved in a relationship with Enterprise crewmate, Ivan Cohen. The couple when in the rec room when Aine McAvennie was discussing her upcoming marriage to Mike. (ST short story: "Hour of Fire")
