Forlat III was a planet located somewhere in the space of the galaxy's Alpha or Beta Quadrants, the third planet in orbit of the Forlat star system. Forlat III was the home of a colony that fell victim to an attack by the Crystalline Entity. (TNG episode: "Silicon Avatar")
