Fornnel was a male Bolian in Starfleet. As of 2374, he held the rank of Ensign, and was serving as tactical officer aboard the USS Lexington under Captain Heather Anderson.
In 2374, during a battle in the Setlik system during the Dominion War, Fornnel was severely injured on the bridge, and brought to sickbay by first officer Commander Fiona Galloway. (SCE eBook: War Stories, Book One)
