Frank Powers was a male human from Earth who served as a security guard in Starfleet in the 2370s. He joined the crew of the USS da Vinci in mid 2376, following its refit after the tragedy at Galvan VI. (SCE eBook: The Art of the Deal)

Powers assisted Crewman Fabian Stevens in restoring the weather control system on planet Risa after it had been disabled by an energy being dubbed "Sparky". (SCE eBook: Paradise Interrupted)

Powers was severely injured when his one-man runner crash-landed while trying to halt a missile above planet Phantas 61. His injuries required replacement of a hip and spinal nerve regeneration. (SCE eBook: The Art of the Deal)
