Francis Albert Sinatra (December 12, 1915 – May 14, 1998) was a famed Human singer and actor. He was closely associated with the city of Las Vegas during the middle to late part of the 20th century.

Vic Fontaine (within his holographic reality) was a friend of Sinatra's. (DS9 short story: "Second star to the right...") Fontaine regularly performed songs Sinatra had famously sung, including "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?" from Sinatra's film High Society. (DS9 - Mission: Gamma novel: Cathedral)
