Freya Stark was a Human female who lived in the 22nd century.

History[]

Stark was the governor of the Voortrekker colony, a small settlement established on an asteroid by the crew of the ECS Voortrekker in an effort to get out under Federation authority and live freely.

In 2164, Captain Brantik in command of a small fleet arrived at Iota Pegasi to remove the human settlers from the Tellarite claimed star system, but they refused to leave their new home. Eventually she agreed to a compromise proposed by Captain T'Pol and Lieutenant commander Hoshi Sato of the USS Endeavour, that the colonists can keep the asteroid but it was removed from the system and set on the course for the neighboring Ross 271.
