Cadet Fugeman was a 23rd century Human individual who was an upper-class student at Starfleet Academy in 2258, in an alternate reality. Fugeman was one of a number of cadets who were pressed into service as Starfleet personnel by an emergency order from Admiral Richard Barnett during the crisis in the Vulcan system.

Fugeman in particular was assigned to serve on space station Regula I. (TOS novelization: Star Trek)

Since the Regula I station was not mentioned or seen as one of the ill-fated victims of Nero's attacks, it could be reasoned that Fugeman survived the crisis.
