In the year 2289, the Federation starship USS Excelsior visited this location. On the planet, Hikaru Sulu witnessed the death of a Bajoran woman moments after she delivered a warning. The Albino spent some time living on Galdonterre, where Curzon Dax, Kang, Kor and Koloth nearly managed to kill him. (DS9 episode: "Blood Oath")
