Alternate realitiesEdit

In a reality where the galaxy was embroiled in conflicts between multiple races and cultures in 2364, Bullock held the rank of commodore and was in command of a attack fleet during the conflict. Bullock had an opportunity to be promoted all the way to fleet admiral based on his battle experiences, but at the cost of constant vigilance against the possibility of combat with Klingons, Romulans, Breen, Cardassians and Jem'Hadar forces, as well as in danger from the Xindi, Ferengi, Orions and Borg that had taken over systems that had become neutral as they fell away from the Klingon Empire, Romulan Star Empire, Breen Confederacy, Cardassian Union and Dominion governments. In particular, as an attack fleet commanding officer, Bullock possessed the ability to make more effective attacks than other fleet commanders. (ST video game: Conquest)

Admiral Bullock was portrayed by American actor Tucker Smallwood in Star Trek: Voyager in the 1990s. His likeness from a screen capture image was used in the Conquest video game.
