Garrison was a Human male who enlisted in Starfleet, serving as a chief petty officer in the mid-23rd century. In the 2250s, he served aboard the USS Enterprise under the command of Captain Christopher Pike.
In 2254, Garrison served as the communications officer, when the Enterprise received the distress call from the SS Columbia. (TOS episodes: "The Cage", "The Menagerie")
Garrison participated in first contact with the Calligar. (TOS novel: The Rift)
- In The Rift, his name was spelled "Garison" but it seemed to be the same CPO.
