Garth Jenson was a male medtech serving aboard the USS Lexington under chief medical officer Elizabeth Lense.

In 2374, during a battle in the Setlik system during the Dominion War, Jenson was killed by a piece of shrapnel from a hull breach. He died as Lense attempted to hold closed a severed artery with her bare hands. (SCE eBooks: Hard Crash, War Stories, Book 1)
