In 2373, he assigned DTI agents Gariff Lucsly and Marion Dulmur to investigate the elimination of the Maquis from history, and then, in the restored history, to investigate temporal being created by the Maquis. (TNG short story: "Gods, Fate, and Fractals")
In 2378, Kreinns argued with Lucsly and Dulmur against the prosecution of Captain Kathryn Janeway for her multiple temporal violations while the USS Voyager was stranded in the Delta Quadrant. (DTI novel: Watching the Clock)
