Glasgow was a city in Scotland on Earth.

By 2394, retired Starfleet Captain Montgomery Scott maintained a residence in Glasgow, in a small cottage. One night while out in the town to purchase alcohol, Guinan approached Scott in a bar and offered him several rounds of Saurian brandy, delaying him long enough to meet Ensign Matt Franklin of the USS Jenolin.

Glasgow hosted one of Scotland's places of higher learning, Glasgow University. (Star Trek novel: Engines of Destiny)
