A glenget was a cushioned frame, a piece of furniture equivalent to a chair but adapted to allow Chelons to rest. The quasi-humanoid leaned on a glenget with their lower abdomen and knees.


On March 26th, 2164, Director Kishkik Sajithen rested on a glenget during a public conference between the Rigelian Trade Commission and two representatives from the United Federation of Planets in Tregon on Rigel V. (ENT - Rise of the Federation novel: Tower of Babel)
