Glev was a male Tellarite who lived in the 24th century. In the 2370s and 2380s, Glev was the counselor of the USS James T. Kirk.

In 2381, just before the James T. Kirk engaged the Borg at Alonis, Glev informed Captain Elias Vaughn that the crew were ready for battle. (ST - Typhon Pact novel: Rough Beasts of Empire)
