A glopsicle was a type of snack, they were available from the snack kiosks on Deep Space 9's promenade.

When a hungry Horta encountered the glopsicle selling kiosk in 2370 it ignored the glopsicles in favour of eating the kiosk itself. (DS9 novel: Devil in the Sky)
