In 2381, the Gorn Imperator condemned Federation President Nanietta Bacco's "compulsory summit" of foreign ambassadors to shore up support for the Federation's war with the Borg Collective, noting that Gorn Ambassador Zogozin might try to eat President Bacco or a member of the Federation Cabinet.
