The Governor of Peliar Zel was the executive leader of the government of planet Peliar Zel II, as well as the colonies on its two moons.

As of 2367, the Governor of Peliar Zel was a female Peliar named Leka Trion. That year, Trion faced a possible violent crisis between the inhabitants of the Alpha and Beta moons, and petitioned the Federation, in the person of Ambassador Odan, for help. (TNG novel: The Host)
