Gra'Kor was a Klingon General that acted for the Klingon Empire in the time after the Dominion War.

He was part of the taskforce sent to aid the Empire's Federation allies in evacuvating planets that were being affected by the Genesis Wave. (TNG novel: The Genesis Wave, Book One)
