Gul Hadar was a male Cardassian.

Hadar served under Skrain Dukat on Terok Nor during the Cardassian Occupation of Bajor. In 2363, Hadar travelled with Dukat to view Odo. Hadar wanted the Changeling to take a position entertaining Cardassian troops. (DS9 episode: "Necessary Evil")

In the aftermath of the Dominion War, Hadar took up a prominent position in the Directorate political organization on Cardassia Prime. (DS9 novel: A Stitch in Time)
