The way of Hakihr is a Vulcan path that is descended from the Kolinahru "mindlords". The disciples of Hakihr are located in the Tinsha Monastery in northern Khomi on the planet Vulcan.

The followers of this path took one of Surak's teachings to heart which was: "The mind controls the body; control the mind and the body will follow". They practice the unification of mind and the body with the goal of preventing hormonal surges or other limbic reactions that might provoke an involuntarily emotional response.

Similarly to the Followers of T'Shen, the adepts of Hakihr teach the use biofeedback to strengthen the mesiofrontal cortex, the area of the brain that is responsible for self-control. The practitioners of Hakihr are famous for their psionic body control disciplines. (Last Unicorn RPG module: The Way of Kolinahr: The Vulcans)
