Captain Harris was a 23rd century Human man, a Starfleet officer who commanded the Federation starship, USS Excalibur in the 2260s. He was alternately known as both Paul Harris and Anton Harris. (NF novel: After the Fall; ST - Who's Who in Star Trek comic: "Who's Who in Star Trek, Issue 2")
