Harry was a 20th century Human police officer that worked for the San Francisco Police Department.

In 1986, Harry brought in a woman who claimed that the Earth was being invaded by aliens after she saw the crew of the HMS Bounty disembarking in Golden Gate Park. Harry believed the woman had had too much LSD. (TOS short story: "Whales Weep Not")
