Harry Houdini (March 24, 1874 – October 31, 1926) was a human from Earth who lived in the 19th and 20th centuries. Houdini was regarded as one of the best escape artists in human history.

When captured by dissidents on Coridan, Jonathan Archer and Subcommander T'Pol were bound together. Archer remarked that he wished they had brought Houdini on the mission because Houdini would've been able to free himself from the restraints. (ENT episode: "Shadows of P'Jem")

In 2341, Kieran Duffy was given a German Shepherd dog, Alexander, who was quickly nicknamed "the Houdini of dogs" due to the animal's ability to escape any leash, chain or fence. (SCE eBook: Wildfire, Book 2)
