The Havoc was an aspect of Klingon lore and served as another name for the ancient Furies.

The term was essentially the Klingon equivalent of the apocalypse where the release of captive souls occured to wreak revenge on those who had imprisoned them. This had a strong impact on the Klingon mind and the appearance of the Furies (TOS novel: First Strike)
