Heather Keith was a Human female who served in Starfleet in the late 23rd century. In the late 2280s, she held the rank of lieutenant and was assigned to the USS Excelsior as a helmsman.

In late 2289, Keith accompanied a group of crewmembers, including Commander Hikaru Sulu, to a bar on the surface of Galdonterre as part of her shore leave excursion. At this time she preferred to drink Blazing Sunbursts.
