Heinrich Waldheim was a male Human in Starfleet in the 24th century. In the early 2360s, he was deputy chief of security aboard the USS Soval. While in that post, he befriended new Starfleet Academy graduate Domenica Corsi. After several years on the Soval, Waldheim accepted the chief of security posting on the USS Roosevelt, and brought Lieutenant Corsi with him as his deputy chief.

In 2366, Lieutenant Waldheim assigned Corsi to liaison with the Izar Peace Office in the investigation of two recent murders in Garthtown.
