Star Trek: Hidden Evil is a third-person adventure game based on Star Trek: The Next Generation and Star Trek: Insurrection. The player acts as Ensign Sovok, who helps Captain Picard and Lieutenant Commander Data in an adventure involving Romulans, the Son'a and the Ba'ku.

SummaryEdit

The games begins with the player portraying Ensign Sovok, a human (who lived on Vulcan) new recruit to Outpost 40. After mastering his aspects of his Vulcan side, you begin on a mission to the Ba'Ku Colony planet.

The Son'a have no intentions of relinquishing their hold on the Ba'ku planet easily, and you must fight your way through their defenses to get to an archaeological dig they are secretly protecting. At the dig you find numerous artifacts and machinery of ancient origin, explaining the presence of the metaphasic pariticles the planet creates.

As you delve deeper, you find that the Son'a are involved in a plot with the Romulans to harness the ancient equipment for their own devious ends...
