The High Cleric is the title conveyed upon the highest of the monks, and are thus the leaders, among the Clerics of Boreth. These wise Klingons would rise at the Boreth Monastery on the planet Boreth where they guided the Followers of Kahless on their path to duty, honour and a position among the honoured dead in Sto-Vo-Kor.
